Division of Planning for Supplies

• Work on preparing unified specifications for the various medical equipment Supplies , continuously revise  such specifications and participate in modernizing the evidences
• restrict and study the ministry's needs of the Supplies by cooperating with the departments and the divisions related to the ministry and the areas.
• Work on safeguarding the ministry's need of the Supplies by coordinating with the Department of Purchasing and technically participating in the tenders.
• Participate in the reception committee of the medical equipment Supplies.
• Follow the companies and urge them to fast-track the importing.
• Keep the necessary information about the companies which work in the field of medical equipment Supplies.
• Work on safeguarding the emergency needs of the medical equipment Supplies.
• Present the necessary information for the department about the budget project and revise the budgets of the areas in the field of medical equipment Supplies.
• Prepare drafts of the work procedures directory and work on developing them by cooperating with the department of planning and development.
• Prepare periodical periods about workflow at the department , its achievement and suggestions to develop its work and forward them to the Director of Medical equipment supply
• Participate the department in specialized committee
• Follow up the imported brand quality and put the appropriate solutions to them.
• Assess the various products for all tenders.
• The orders of the various areas for the emergency medical equipment brands which cannot be secured in the tenders.
• Accredit the laid samples in the tenders and conform it to what will be imported.
